BaselinePilot is an app that allows you to pull your data from HealthKit however you get it there. It is a unique display of HealthKit metrics that builds a baseline of your data and shows you every day whether it’s near or far from that baseline. This includes any of resting heart rate, heart rate variability, temperature, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen levels – or any of these variables that you have, even if you don’t record or track the data for them all. It compares each day’s metrics to your baseline to spot deviations and give you a heads up as you head away from normal – for you. This means you can notice trends earlier, such as if you are starting to get sick You can share your data with partners and view their data, too.
You can pull data from HealthKit, no matter how you upload it. This may mean you use a fitness watch or armband, an Apple Watch, an Oura ring, etc – whatever way you get your data into HealthKit is fine: BaselinePilot simply reads this data from HealthKit when it’s available.
