Scheduler Pilot

Scheduler Pilot is an iOS app that helps you plan and maintain recurring events with flexible spacing. You define a series by choosing a start date, preferred weekday and time, event duration, and a min–max gap in days between events; the app then generates a schedule over a horizon you set (e.g. schedule out up to a year from now). You can review each date, nudge instances by a day, lock them to a specific day when you have travel or other constraints in your schedule. Scheduler Pilot keeps track of gap rules and flags violations or out-of-sync items, and with one tap it publishes your schedule to a dedicated “Scheduler Pilot” calendar in your phone’s Calendar app, so your recurring plan lives in one place and stays up to date. Because it leverages iCloud, you can set the iCloud Calendar to be viewable with a link and then add this to your Google Calendar or Calendar of choice.

Scheduler Pilot users own their data – read more in the Scheduler Pilot privacy policy.
